We always search for great talents or more importantly great human beings that would enhance our team. If you made it this far (finding this page) we assume you share some of our values and could potentially be such a person.

(How we hire)

When you've read our principles on the hiring page, you already know that we do things a bit differently. Finding the right people is at the very core of this. We think great work happens when everyone is enjoying being part of a close-knit team that’s extraordinarily talent-dense, 100% aligned, extremely motivated and ambitiously moving forward with .

That’s why we generally hire with the following principles in mind (in order of prioritization):

  1. We care about you as a human being. By this we not only mean if you are a generally nice person (although that's one big point) but if you're a very good communicator, highly self-reflected and driven to make big decisions fast, wise and in a self-managing way... moving things forward and stepping in wherever needed.

  2. We deeply care about your passion for our cause. You need to understand our mission and be highly motivated to become part of this. Joining us should almost feel like your calling, definitely not "just another job". If one of us will not feel this to be a 100% "Hell Yes" decision, than we probably won't team up.

  3. Only after we’ve checked on 1 and 2, we will search for a "hard” skill" or talent where you really excel. We evaluate how much would contribute to our team in that specific phase. Experiences in fast-paced startups, self-managing organizations are a plus, "seniority" not always since the way we operate is for most people pretty new.

    • You love to code, and you enjoy deep technical discussions about algorithms and software architecture

    • You dig iterations to make things truly great

    • You get bored when you have to do the same thing twice

    • You always had a passion to create something that directly affects the live of people out there.
